These Terms govern your use of the Aram Academy platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

The “Platform” is the Aram Academy website and app connecting students with teachers, centers, and consultants. “User” is anyone who creates an account (student, teacher, center, consultant) or browses as a visitor. “Content” means the courses, classes, learning materials, consultations, and reviews provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be 13 or older; those under 18 need a guardian’s consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for your password’s confidentiality.
• Account sharing or impersonation is prohibited.
• The Platform may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

3. User Roles

• Student: accesses content after payment per their plan; recording, re-publishing, or sharing content and class links outside the Platform is prohibited.
• Teacher/Center: provides original content, keeps class schedules, responds to students, and is responsible for the accuracy of its content.
• Consultant: provides one-to-one sessions at committed times.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or posting racist/sectarian or unlawful content.
• Attempting to hack the Platform or bypass its security measures.
• Creating fake or multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• Using any bot or automated script to access or copy content.
• Performing or attempting fraudulent payments.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Commission

• Payments are processed via a trusted gateway (CyberSource); prices are in Israeli Shekel (₪) as the base currency.
• Electronic invoices are sent automatically to your registered email.
• The Platform may take a disclosed commission on each sale by a teacher/center, or a subscription fee per plan.
• Payouts are subject to a hold period per transaction to cover refunds.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform (text, video, designs, logos) is protected by intellectual-property rights. The teacher remains the owner of their content and grants the Platform a limited license to display it to enrolled students only. Any copying or re-publishing without express permission is prohibited and exposes the violator to liability.

8. Live Classes & Third-Party Services

Live classes are delivered via Zoom, videos are hosted via Bunny.net, and payments are processed via CyberSource. By using these features you are also bound by the respective providers’ terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these external services.

9. Termination & Suspension

The Platform may suspend or terminate your access upon violation of these Terms, and you may close your account at any time from settings.

10. Disclaimer

Aram Academy services are provided “as is” without express warranties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of teachers’ content, third-party service outages, or any indirect loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Palestine, and the Palestinian courts shall have jurisdiction where an amicable resolution is not reached.
